Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the operations of securities services, including trade processing, settlement, and reconciliation for institutional clients
• Support custody and fund accounting activities, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client needs and provide tailored securities solutions
• Participate in data management tasks, utilizing systems like JPMorgan's proprietary platforms for reporting and analytics
• Contribute to risk management processes by identifying potential issues in securities transactions
• Engage in client servicing support, responding to inquiries and facilitating smooth interactions
• Shadow senior professionals to gain insights into global markets and investment banking operations
• Complete rotational assignments across CIB Securities Services to build broad exposure
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations on market trends and operational performance
• Adhere to JPMorgan Chase's ethical standards and regulatory compliance in all activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, business, economics, or a related field
• At least 2-5 years of prior professional experience in financial services, banking, or a related industry
• Demonstrated career break of at least 2 years due to personal reasons such as family commitments, education, or other life events
• Strong interest in relaunching a career in securities services within the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB)
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to commit to a 12-week full-time program in Brooklyn, NY starting in 2026
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in custody, fund administration, or securities lending within a financial institution
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the securities services industry, such as SEC or FINRA rules
• Advanced degree or certifications like CFA, CPA, or Series 7/63 licenses
