Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities for automation in CIB Securities Services
• Collaborate with global teams to design and implement analytics-driven solutions that support business transformation
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to provide actionable insights
• Lead cross-functional projects focused on process optimization and innovation in securities operations
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Support the integration of new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and risk management
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend data-driven improvements
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote adoption of analytics and automation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with JP Morgan Chase's risk and control standards in all project deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in financial services or securities operations
• Strong understanding of securities services, including custody, fund accounting, and collateral management
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and methodologies
• Experience with project management in a global, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Analytics) or relevant certifications like CFA or CBAP
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in securities services (e.g., SEC, MiFID II)
• Hands-on experience with automation tools in operations
