Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document technical requirements for CIB technology solutions in Turkey
  • Translate complex business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to ensure timely delivery of technology projects
  • Conduct gap analysis on existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency in financial services
  • Work closely with developers, testers, and architects to validate solutions against regulatory and compliance standards
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users on new technology implementations
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to ensure alignment with JP Morgan Chase's global standards
  • Contribute to the localization of global CIB platforms for the Turkish market, focusing on data security and performance
  • Prepare reports and presentations on project status for senior management and international teams
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and financial industry trends to drive innovation in Turkey operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in financial services or technology sectors
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
  • Experience with financial systems, data analysis, or regulatory compliance in banking
  • Fluency in English; Turkish language proficiency is essential for local operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in investment banking or corporate & investment bank (CIB) technology projects
