Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the analytics book of work for the Claims, Disputes, Fraud Operations (CDFO) Product, developing quantitative models to detect and mitigate fraud risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Customer Experience, Design, Software Engineering, and Product Ownership to drive data-informed decisions
  • Design and implement advanced analytics solutions, including predictive modeling for dispute resolution and claims optimization
  • Analyze large-scale financial datasets to identify patterns in fraud, disputes, and operational inefficiencies
  • Partner with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure analytics align with industry standards and JP Morgan Chase policies
  • Mentor junior analysts and manage a team of quantitative professionals to deliver high-impact projects
  • Develop KPIs and reporting dashboards to monitor CDFO performance and support strategic initiatives
