Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries regarding account balances, margin calls, and collateral requirements in a timely and accurate manner
  • Process client account requests, including updates to margin agreements and securities positions
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as trading, risk management, and compliance to resolve complex client issues
  • Monitor and reconcile client accounts to ensure accuracy in margin calculations and reporting
  • Provide guidance on JP Morgan Chase's margin services policies and procedures to clients
  • Escalate high-risk queries or disputes to senior management while maintaining client satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of service delivery processes within the Margin Services team
  • Analyze client feedback to identify trends and recommend operational enhancements
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal audit standards
  • Support ad-hoc projects related to client onboarding and account maintenance in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client account services, margin operations, or financial services support
  • Strong understanding of margin services, including collateral management and risk mitigation in securities lending
  • Proficiency in financial regulations such as MiFID II, EMIR, and Dodd-Frank relevant to client operations
  • Experience with client query resolution in a high-volume environment within a banking or investment firm
  • Ability to handle sensitive client data with strict adherence to confidentiality and compliance standards
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages preferred for international client interactions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certification such as CFA Level 1 or FRM
  • Prior experience at a global investment bank like JP Morgan Chase
  • Knowledge of JPMorgan's proprietary systems such as MarginPro or similar platforms
