Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor client accounts within the Collateral Service Team, ensuring accurate processing of collateral transactions
  • Provide dedicated support to clients, resolving inquiries related to account balances, collateral valuations, and settlements
  • Collaborate with internal teams including trading, risk management, and compliance to facilitate seamless operations
  • Perform daily reconciliations of collateral positions and ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's risk and regulatory standards
  • Analyze client needs and recommend optimized account structures to enhance service delivery
  • Handle escalations for complex issues, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention
  • Contribute to process improvements in client operations, leveraging data analytics for efficiency gains
  • Ensure all activities comply with local Argentine regulations and global JP Morgan policies
  • Prepare reports on account performance and collateral metrics for senior management review
  • Support onboarding of new clients, including documentation and initial account setup

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client account services, collateral management, or financial operations
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, securities, and collateral processing in the banking sector
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish fluency is highly advantageous for the Buenos Aires location
  • Experience with regulatory compliance in financial services, including AML and KYC requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume client inquiries and resolve complex account issues
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA or FRM are a plus
