Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in Brazil and the Southern Cone region to promote ETF products
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in ETF distribution, targeting institutional and retail investors
  • Provide tailored investment advice and product recommendations aligned with client needs and market conditions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists and compliance, to ensure seamless client service
  • Conduct market analysis and prepare presentations on ETF strategies for client meetings and seminars
  • Monitor regulatory changes in Brazil and Southern Cone countries to ensure compliant sales practices
  • Achieve sales targets for ETF inflows and client acquisition while upholding JP Morgan's risk management standards
  • Organize and participate in client events, webinars, and educational sessions on ETF investments
  • Track client portfolios and provide ongoing support to optimize ETF allocations
  • Report on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback to senior management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial sales, particularly in ETFs or investment products
  • Proven track record in client relationship management within the financial services sector
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish proficiency is advantageous for Southern Cone markets
  • Deep knowledge of Brazilian and Southern Cone regulatory environments for investment distribution
  • Series 7 or equivalent licensing in investment advisory and sales
  • Strong understanding of ETF products, market trends, and portfolio strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients or institutional investors in Latin America
  • Prior roles in ETF distribution or asset management at a major financial institution
