Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record in leading teams and developing business strategies in the Chinese financial market
  • Deep knowledge of Chinese regulatory environment, including CSRC and PBOC guidelines for investment products
  • Strong network with high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, and financial intermediaries in China
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent in investment advisory
