Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate client data records for custody services, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve data quality in the CAS Custody platform
• Build and nurture professional relationships with clients, addressing their data-related inquiries and needs
• Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of client data to mitigate risks in financial transactions
• Implement data governance policies specific to JP Morgan Chase's custody operations in the Philippines
• Analyze client data trends to support business decisions and enhance service delivery
• Liaise with global teams to ensure seamless data integration across JP Morgan's international network
• Train and mentor junior team members on client data management best practices
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to data accuracy and client satisfaction
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline custody data workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in client data management, preferably in the financial services or custody banking sector
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, AML, and KYC in the financial industry
• Proficiency in data management tools and databases used in banking environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and handle sensitive financial data
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in data accuracy and reconciliation processes
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or certification in data management, such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
• Experience working with JP Morgan Chase systems or similar custody platforms
• Knowledge of Philippine financial regulations and international banking standards
• Prior exposure to asset servicing or custody operations in a global financial institution
• Project management certification like PMP, with experience leading data-related initiatives
