Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the accuracy of client data across JP Morgan Chase's global systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies, minimizing risks in client onboarding and servicing
• Drive process innovations by analyzing current workflows and implementing automation tools to improve efficiency in client data management
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks on client information to support seamless client experiences in wealth management and investment banking
• Support the integration of client data from various sources, including CRM systems and external databases, for JP Morgan's financial products
• Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices for data handling and innovation in the financial services context
• Monitor and report on key data metrics to senior stakeholders, contributing to strategic decisions in client operations
• Ensure adherence to JP Morgan's data governance policies while adapting to evolving industry regulations in India and globally
• Facilitate client data enhancements that empower advisory teams to deliver personalized financial solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data management, client services, or financial operations within the banking or financial services sector
• Proficiency in data accuracy and validation processes, with a strong understanding of client data privacy regulations such as GDPR and local Indian data protection laws
• Experience with financial data systems and tools used in global banking environments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a focus on process improvement
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure data integrity
• Eligibility to work in India, with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements in Bengaluru

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certification in data analytics (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional) or financial services (e.g., CFA Level 1)
• Prior experience at a multinational financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
• Knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance in client data handling
