Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the accuracy of client data across JP Morgan Chase's global systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data quality issues and implement innovative solutions for process improvement
• Conduct regular audits and validations of client information to support seamless banking operations and client experiences
• Drive innovation in data handling processes, leveraging technology to streamline workflows and reduce errors in financial transactions
• Support client onboarding and account management by providing accurate data insights to relationship managers
• Analyze data trends to recommend enhancements that empower teams and elevate client satisfaction in the financial services domain
• Ensure adherence to JP Morgan's data governance policies and contribute to risk mitigation efforts
• Train and mentor junior team members on best practices for client data management
• Monitor and report on key data metrics to senior leadership, highlighting opportunities for operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data management, client services, or financial operations within the banking or financial services sector
• Proficiency in data accuracy and validation processes, with a strong understanding of client data privacy regulations such as GDPR and local Indian data protection laws
• Experience with financial data systems and tools used in large-scale banking environments
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive client information with utmost confidentiality
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve data discrepancies in high-volume environments
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, global team setting in Hyderabad, India

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certification in data analytics or financial compliance (e.g., CFA Level 1 or equivalent)
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Knowledge of JP Morgan's internal data platforms and client onboarding processes
• Experience with process automation tools in a financial services context
• Fluency in English and Hindi for client interactions in the Indian market
