Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver executive-level communications and presentations on client onboarding strategies and performance
  • Oversee the creation of comprehensive reporting dashboards for business metrics, including KPIs for onboarding efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Lead strategic initiatives to enhance client onboarding processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams across Operations, Compliance, and Technology
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with senior leadership to align business management objectives with firm-wide goals
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline client onboarding in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure adherence to JPMorgan's policies in client service delivery
  • Support budget planning and resource allocation for the Client Onboarding and Service team
  • Facilitate training and development programs for team members on best practices in financial services onboarding

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business management, client onboarding, or financial services operations
  • Proven track record in supporting executive-level communications and strategic initiatives within a large financial institution
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in client onboarding for investment banking and asset management
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting for business performance metrics
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a high-pressure environment
