Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic analytics efforts to support Client Onboarding & Documentation transformation initiatives at JP Morgan Chase
  • Develop and execute business management plans to enhance operational efficiency in client onboarding processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks in documentation workflows
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership for decision-making
  • Oversee the implementation of new technologies and process improvements in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Manage stakeholder communications and ensure alignment on project goals within the Corporate & Investment Bank division
  • Conduct regular reviews of onboarding procedures to optimize client experience and reduce turnaround times
  • Support the development of training programs for team members on documentation best practices
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to recommend proactive adjustments to business strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management, client onboarding, or documentation within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in supporting transformation initiatives and strategic analytics in a banking environment
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for client onboarding in global financial institutions
  • Experience with data analysis tools and reporting in a high-stakes financial setting
