Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and execute daily controls to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Assist clients in resolving operational issues related to account management and transactions
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for client operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Prepare and analyze reports on control metrics and operational performance
  • Support the development and maintenance of control frameworks for client-facing processes
  • Handle escalations from clients and provide timely resolutions in line with JP Morgan standards
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline operations
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy and security protocols in all client interactions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client operations, controls, or risk management within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and operational controls in banking
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools relevant to financial operations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with JP Morgan Chase systems or similar banking platforms
  • Knowledge of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) processes
  • Certification in operational risk or controls (e.g., CRISC or similar)
