Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Global Client Billing Operations Setup Team to process and validate client billing setups for new and existing accounts
  • Review and reconcile billing invoices to ensure accuracy, compliance with JP Morgan Chase policies, and alignment with client contracts
  • Utilize billing software and internal systems to input, track, and manage client billing data across multiple regions
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing records, escalating complex issues to senior team members or stakeholders
