Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients using JP Morgan Chase's Client Platform, ensuring seamless access to investment tools and resources
  • Manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide tailored support for platform functionalities in the Americas region
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience, including onboarding new users and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Monitor platform performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvements in service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as SEC and FINRA guidelines in all client interactions
  • Prepare and deliver client reports, updates, and training sessions on platform features
  • Support the development of client-facing materials and contribute to product feedback loops
  • Assist in risk assessment and mitigation for client platform usage
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive client satisfaction and retention
  • Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at innovating client service within JP Morgan Chase's Americas division

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client service, financial services, or investment banking support roles
  • Strong understanding of financial products, markets, and regulatory requirements in the Americas region
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and service delivery within a high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders and clients
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and compliance focus
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in New York, NY
