This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients across industries, leveraging JPMorgan Chase's extensive resources to drive client success in the Canadian market. Your day-to-day responsibilities will center on managing the full client onboarding lifecycle, from initial documentation and verification to account activation and ongoing support. You will act as a trusted advisor, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and ensure all processes align with Canadian regulatory requirements, such as those from OSFI and FINTRAC. By fostering strong client relationships, you will identify service gaps and recommend tailored solutions from JPMorgan Chase's suite of products, including cash management, trade finance, and liquidity services.
