Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, ensuring seamless account setup and activation
  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding workflows, including documentation review, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance checks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Global Banking division, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as compliance, legal, and operations to facilitate efficient service delivery
  • Monitor client accounts for ongoing service needs, identifying opportunities for product enhancements or cross-selling
  • Ensure adherence to JPMorgan Chase's policies and Canadian financial regulations, mitigating risks in client interactions
  • Prepare and deliver client reports, performance summaries, and service updates using JPMorgan's proprietary tools
  • Contribute to process improvements in the Client Onboarding and Service team to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Support ad-hoc projects related to client service initiatives in the Toronto office
  • Participate in client meetings and training sessions to promote JPMorgan Chase's banking solutions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client onboarding, account management, or customer service within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements, particularly in Canada
  • Proficiency in client relationship management systems and financial software
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with high-net-worth clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Fluency in English; French language skills are advantageous for Canadian operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with JPMorgan Chase systems or similar global banking platforms
  • Knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) processes
