Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, guiding them through the onboarding process for JP Morgan Chase's payment products including wires, ACH, and real-time payments
  • Resolve complex client issues related to account setup, transaction processing, and service disruptions in a timely manner
  • Conduct regular client meetings to assess service needs, identify gaps, and recommend tailored solutions from JP Morgan's suite of treasury and cash management services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of client systems with JP Morgan's platforms like JPM Access and Treasury Connect
  • Monitor client portfolios for compliance with regulatory standards and proactively address any potential risks
  • Develop and execute growth strategies by analyzing client data to propose enhancements or new product adoptions
  • Prepare detailed reports on client service metrics, satisfaction levels, and revenue opportunities for senior management
  • Train clients on best practices for using JP Morgan's digital tools and provide ongoing support to optimize their financial operations
  • Participate in cross-selling initiatives to introduce clients to additional JP Morgan services such as trade finance or investment solutions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client service, account management, or onboarding within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in managing corporate client relationships in payment products or treasury services
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for client onboarding in Canada, including KYC and AML compliance
  • Experience with CRM systems and financial software used in banking operations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with senior-level executives
  • Fluency in English; French language proficiency is advantageous for Canadian markets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or certification such as CFA, FRM, or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
