  • Conduct regular client meetings, needs assessments, and performance reviews to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Monitor industry trends in healthcare payments and advise clients on regulatory changes and best practices
  • Drive the implementation of new payment technologies and integrations for healthcare providers and payers
  • Resolve complex client issues related to transaction processing, compliance, and service disruptions
  • Prepare and present business reviews, proposals, and reports to senior stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in client relationship management within the financial services industry
