Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met with JP Morgan's world-class financial solutions
  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding, including KYC compliance and account setup in line with regulatory standards
  • Monitor client accounts for performance, proactively identifying opportunities to upsell JP Morgan products like investment advisory or wealth management services
  • Resolve client inquiries and escalations efficiently, collaborating with internal teams such as trading, compliance, and product specialists
  • Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess satisfaction and gather feedback for service improvement
  • Analyze client data and market trends to provide tailored advisory insights, leveraging JP Morgan's research and analytics tools
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and internal policies, maintaining accurate records and reporting
  • Foster long-term client relationships to drive retention and growth in assets under management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service, account management, or relationship management within the financial services industry
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
  • Strong understanding of investment banking products, asset management, or wealth management services
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and resolving complex issues
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the European financial market, including MiFID II and GDPR
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance)
