Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of large, global clients, providing tailored advisory services to optimize their banking relationships with JP Morgan Chase

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving complex issues related to account performance, compliance, and technical integrations
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including credit analysts, product specialists, and risk managers, to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Monitor client financial health and market trends to proactively advise on risk mitigation and growth strategies

  • Drive revenue growth by negotiating renewals and expansions of banking services for technically complex accounts

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in client relationship management within corporate banking or financial services
  • Proven track record managing large, global corporate clients with complex financial needs
  • Strong understanding of global banking products, including lending, treasury services, and trade finance
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle high-stakes client interactions
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or equivalent certifications preferred for regulatory compliance
