Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with front office, operations, and compliance teams to support cash equities trading activities in EMEA
  • Monitor and reconcile trade settlements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide client service support, including query resolution and reporting for EMEA cash equities clients
  • Analyze and report on trade data, identifying discrepancies and implementing process improvements
  • Collaborate with diverse global teams to mitigate operational risks and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of middle office controls and procedures
  • Handle ad-hoc client requests and contribute to project initiatives enhancing service delivery
  • Liaise with technology teams to optimize systems for equities middle office functions
  • Conduct daily reconciliations and prepare management reports on key metrics
  • Support audit and regulatory reviews related to cash equities operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in middle office operations, preferably in cash equities or securities services
  • Strong understanding of EMEA financial markets and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in financial systems and data analysis tools
