Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Commercial Bank clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to banking products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client concerns, including account management, payments, and lending services
  • Monitor client accounts for potential issues and proactively communicate solutions to enhance satisfaction
  • Document all client interactions in JP Morgan Chase's CRM systems for accurate record-keeping and compliance
  • Educate clients on new banking features, digital tools, and best practices to optimize their experience
  • Escalate complex issues to senior associates or specialists while providing detailed summaries
  • Contribute to client retention efforts by identifying opportunities for additional JP Morgan services
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations and JP Morgan policies to advise clients accurately
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights on client feedback and process improvements
  • Support ad-hoc projects aimed at enhancing the overall client service framework in the Commercial Bank

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in client service, customer support, or banking operations
  • Strong understanding of commercial banking products and services
  • Proficiency in financial software and CRM systems
