Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Commercial Bank clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to banking products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client concerns, including account management, payments, and lending services
  • Monitor client accounts for potential issues and proactively communicate solutions to enhance client satisfaction
  • Provide guidance on JP Morgan Chase's commercial banking offerings, such as treasury management and credit solutions
  • Document all client interactions in CRM systems to maintain accurate records and support compliance
  • Assist in onboarding new clients by explaining services and facilitating smooth transitions
  • Analyze client feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to banking processes
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies in all client interactions
  • Support sales teams by preparing client reports and handling service-related escalations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in client service, customer support, or banking operations
  • Strong understanding of commercial banking products and services
  • Proficiency in financial software and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality
  • U.S. work authorization and ability to work in Chicago, IL
