Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality fund accounting services for mutual fund products, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Act as a senior point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to fund accounting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support all aspects of mutual fund operations, from valuation to reporting
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal JP Morgan Chase policies
  • Lead process improvements and implement best practices to enhance client service efficiency
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, reconciliations, and performance metrics for fund portfolios
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development initiatives
  • Manage client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention within the EMEA region
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks in fund accounting processes
  • Support ad-hoc projects, such as system migrations or new product launches

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fund accounting, mutual funds, or client services within the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of mutual fund products, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards such as GAAP or IFRS
  • Proficiency in financial systems and software, including fund accounting platforms
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certification such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA
  • Experience in the asset management or investment banking sector
  • Familiarity with Irish regulatory environment and EU fund directives
