Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service to high-value APAC clients, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues
  • Collaborate with global partners to promote operational excellence and seamless service delivery
  • Implement and monitor risk management protocols to mitigate operational risks
  • Support the team in achieving service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Facilitate client onboarding and account maintenance processes in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvement in service quality
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior team members on best practices
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects aimed at enhancing client experience and operational efficiency
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting for client interactions and transactions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client service or operations within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of APAC market dynamics and global financial regulations
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin or Japanese are advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with risk management and compliance frameworks in banking

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with JP Morgan Chase or a similar global financial institution
  • Knowledge of investment banking products and client onboarding processes
