Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Commercial Bank clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues related to banking products, including deposits, loans, and payment services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex client needs efficiently
  • Monitor client accounts for service opportunities and potential issues, proactively offering solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in JP Morgan's CRM systems
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including KYC and AML policies
  • Provide training and guidance to junior associates on client service best practices
  • Analyze client feedback to contribute to service improvements within the Commercial Banking division

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in client service, customer support, or banking operations
  • Strong understanding of commercial banking products and services
  • Proficiency in financial software and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion and compliance to regulatory standards
  • Experience in a fast-paced financial services environment
