Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients, providing tailored advisory services to meet their financial goals
  • Monitor client portfolios, analyze performance, and recommend adjustments in line with JPMorgan Chase's investment strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams including investment advisors, compliance, and operations to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Conduct regular client meetings, both virtual and in-person, to review account status and address concerns
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling JPMorgan Chase products such as wealth management solutions and banking services
  • Ensure adherence to UK regulatory standards, including FCA guidelines, and maintain accurate client documentation
  • Develop and implement client service plans to enhance satisfaction and retention
  • Analyze client feedback and market trends to improve service delivery
  • Support business development initiatives by leveraging client relationships to grow assets under management
  • Mentor junior associates in client service best practices within the Bournemouth office

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client service or relationship management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of managing high-net-worth clients or institutional accounts at a major bank
  • Strong understanding of investment products, wealth management, and regulatory compliance in the UK financial sector
