Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Commercial & Investment Bank clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience with JP Morgan Chase products and services
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve client issues related to account management, transactions, and product inquiries promptly and effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product specialists, compliance officers, and relationship managers to address complex client needs
  • Monitor client feedback and escalate systemic issues to improve service delivery and product offerings
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions using JP Morgan's CRM systems and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client service, customer support, or relationship management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of handling complex client inquiries and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of commercial banking products, investment banking services, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with high-net-worth clients and internal stakeholders
