Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Commercial & Investment Bank clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve client inquiries and issues related to banking products, transactions, and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists and compliance officers, to address complex client needs
  • Monitor client accounts for potential risks or opportunities, providing proactive advice on JP Morgan Chase offerings
  • Document all client interactions in CRM systems to maintain accurate records and support audit processes
  • Escalate high-priority issues to senior management and follow up to ensure timely resolution
  • Contribute to process improvements by analyzing client feedback and recommending enhancements to service delivery
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, investment options, and regulatory updates to enhance their financial journey
  • Maintain compliance with JP Morgan Chase policies and industry regulations in all client interactions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service, preferably in financial services or banking
  • Proven track record of resolving complex client issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of commercial and investment banking products and services
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with high-net-worth clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software applications
