Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Private Bank teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and account management
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly, providing accurate information on investment options and services
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues and escalate complex matters as needed
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory standards
  • Support the delivery of personalized financial advice and portfolio reviews
  • Monitor client satisfaction through feedback mechanisms and implement improvements
  • Assist in preparing client reports, statements, and performance summaries
  • Contribute to team initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall client experience
  • Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes to advise clients effectively

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client service within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of private banking products and services
  • Proficiency in financial regulations, particularly UK FCA guidelines
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle high-net-worth clients
  • Experience with client relationship management systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certification such as CFA or CISI qualification
  • Prior experience working in a private banking environment at a global firm
  • Fluency in additional languages relevant to international clients
  • Knowledge of wealth management tools and CRM software like Salesforce
