Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Private Bank teams to ensure seamless delivery of client services and integrated experiences
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, resolving issues promptly
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate account management, transactions, and reporting
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, including documentation and KYC processes
  • Monitor client portfolios for service needs and escalate complex issues to senior advisors
  • Contribute to client satisfaction initiatives, such as feedback surveys and service improvements
  • Support ad-hoc projects related to client engagement and operational efficiency
  • Ensure all interactions adhere to JP Morgan Chase's ethical standards and risk management policies
  • Liaise with global teams to provide tailored solutions for international clients based in Edinburgh

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, including wealth management and private banking
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with high-net-worth clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications
  • Ability to obtain relevant regulatory certifications such as CISI or equivalent
