Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Private Bank teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing service delivery
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and escalating when necessary
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including investment advisors, compliance, and operations to support client needs
  • Monitor client accounts for service quality, identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience
  • Prepare and deliver client reports, statements, and updates in line with JPMorgan Chase standards
  • Ensure compliance with Luxembourg regulatory requirements and JPMorgan's global policies
  • Support client relationship managers in organizing meetings, events, and personalized service initiatives
  • Analyze client feedback to drive process improvements and contribute to service excellence initiatives
  • Assist in managing client portfolios by facilitating transactions and providing timely updates
  • Contribute to team goals by participating in cross-functional projects aimed at integrating client services

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client service within the financial services industry
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French or German is highly advantageous
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in Luxembourg and EU financial markets
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships in a private banking environment
  • Knowledge of JPMorgan Chase's systems and processes or similar banking platforms
  • Eligibility to work in Luxembourg with relevant work permits if applicable
