Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client service inquiries and issue resolution in the Private Bank
  • Execute service-related transactions, including account openings, transfers, and maintenance updates
  • Collaborate with relationship managers to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support
  • Monitor and respond to client communications via phone, email, and secure portals in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with Swiss regulatory requirements and JP Morgan Chase's internal policies
  • Assist in preparing client reports, statements, and documentation for review
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and escalate complex issues to senior teams
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service activities in CRM systems
  • Support ad-hoc projects related to client service improvements and process optimization

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client service or support roles within the financial services industry
  • Fluency in English and French, with proficiency in German preferred
  • Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance standards in Switzerland
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive client information with utmost confidentiality
  • Experience with client relationship management systems or CRM tools
  • Eligibility to work in Switzerland without sponsorship
