  • Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, technology, and sales to deliver seamless client service
  • Prepare and analyze reports on query trends, workflow metrics, and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's risk management and regulatory standards in all client interactions
  • Support client onboarding and ongoing account maintenance for custody products
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance query resolution speed
  • Provide training and guidance to junior analysts on custody workflows and client service best practices
  • Liaise with global JP Morgan teams to align on cross-border custody requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client services, custody operations, or financial services support roles
  • Strong understanding of custody services, asset management, and regulatory requirements in the financial industry
  • Proficiency in query management systems and workflow control tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA Level 1 or custody-related qualifications preferred but not mandatory
