Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of customized receivables solutions for corporate clients, ensuring alignment with their treasury and cash management needs
  • Collaborate closely with Sales teams to identify client requirements and translate them into actionable product recommendations
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and solution demonstrations to drive client adoption of JP Morgan's receivables platforms
  • Partner with internal product and technology teams to innovate and enhance receivables offerings based on market trends
  • Provide ongoing support and advisory services to clients, optimizing their receivables processes for efficiency and risk mitigation
  • Analyze client portfolios to recommend integrated solutions involving payments, liquidity management, and trade finance
  • Monitor industry regulations and competitive landscape to ensure JP Morgan's solutions remain compliant and competitive
  • Facilitate training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders on receivables best practices
  • Track and report on solution implementation success metrics to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, particularly in treasury management or receivables solutions
  • Proven track record in client-facing roles within the banking sector
  • Strong understanding of commercial banking products, including payments and receivables
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events
  • Series 7 or equivalent licensing preferred for financial advisory roles
