Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect end-to-end payment solutions that address client needs in transaction processing, reconciliation, and fraud prevention
  • Collaborate with JP Morgan Chase's product, engineering, and compliance teams to integrate innovative technologies into client platforms
  • Lead client workshops and discovery sessions to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging payment technologies, such as APIs for real-time settlements and open banking standards
  • Ensure solutions adhere to JP Morgan's security protocols and industry regulations while optimizing for performance and cost
  • Mentor junior architects and drive knowledge sharing within the Client Solutions team
  • Monitor and optimize deployed solutions, providing ongoing support and enhancements based on client feedback
