  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT architecture, solution design, or client-facing technical roles within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of leading teams in delivering complex technology solutions for enterprise clients
  • Strong understanding of financial products, regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, FCA regulations), and risk management in banking
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with a focus on secure financial data handling
  • Certification in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF) or cloud architecture (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect)
  • Ability to travel as needed for client engagements in the UK and potentially internationally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in a relevant discipline
