Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of innovative payment solutions tailored to healthcare clients' complex needs, ensuring seamless integration with JP Morgan Chase's ecosystem
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and client teams to optimize existing solutions and develop new features for healthcare reimbursement and claims processing
• Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies for client requirements, focusing on scalability, security, and compliance in financial transactions
• Drive innovation by incorporating advanced technologies like APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures to enhance payment efficiency
• Manage end-to-end solution delivery, from ideation to deployment, while mitigating risks associated with healthcare data privacy and financial regulations
• Provide expert guidance to clients on best practices for leveraging JP Morgan's payment platforms in healthcare settings
• Foster partnerships with internal teams and external vendors to align solutions with industry standards and client objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, or IT consulting within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in designing and implementing payment solutions, particularly in healthcare or regulated sectors
• Deep knowledge of healthcare payment systems, including HIPAA compliance, electronic health records integration, and reimbursement processes
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and enterprise integration patterns
• Strong understanding of financial regulations like PCI-DSS, SOX, and healthcare-specific standards
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

• MBA or Master's in Healthcare Administration
