Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in payments, treasury services, or client-facing roles within financial services

  • Strong understanding of global payment systems, including SWIFT, SEPA, and real-time payment networks
  • Experience in risk management and compliance with regulations such as AML, KYC, and PSD2
  • Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into innovative product solutions

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related discipline
  • Prior experience at a Tier 1 investment bank like JP Morgan Chase
