Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Commercial Real Estate clients to identify and pursue growth opportunities in term lending
  • Conduct thorough client needs assessments and recommend tailored financing solutions from JPMorgan Chase's portfolio
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including credit analysts and underwriters, to structure and execute commercial term loans
  • Monitor client portfolios for performance, risks, and emerging opportunities, providing proactive advisory services
  • Prepare and present credit proposals, financial analyses, and market insights to senior management and clients
  • Ensure compliance with JPMorgan Chase's risk management policies and regulatory guidelines in all client interactions
  • Participate in business development activities, such as networking events and industry conferences, to expand the client base
  • Support portfolio management by reviewing loan covenants, financial statements, and market trends
  • Mentor junior team members on client management best practices and real estate financing strategies
  • Contribute to team goals by sharing market intelligence and fostering a collaborative environment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate lending, client management, or related financial services roles
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets, including property types, valuation, and financing structures
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships in a banking or financial environment
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in commercial banking
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and credit analysis
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA) or certifications such as CFA or CCIM
  • Experience working with mid-market commercial real estate clients in the Midwest region
