Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Commercial Real Estate (CRE) clients to understand their financing needs and growth objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in CRE term lending, including pitching tailored lending solutions
  • Conduct thorough credit analysis and financial modeling to assess client viability and structure term loans
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, risk management, and legal, to facilitate deal execution
  • Monitor client portfolios for performance, compliance, and emerging risks in the CRE market
  • Provide strategic advice on market trends, interest rate environments, and CRE investment opportunities
  • Prepare client presentations, proposals, and reports to support lending decisions and relationship growth
  • Ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's policies, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines in all client interactions
  • Participate in industry events and networking to expand JP Morgan's CRE client base in the New York market
  • Support senior team members in portfolio management and cross-selling additional JP Morgan services

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate banking, term lending, or client-facing roles within financial services
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets, lending products, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and business development
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and credit analysis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with a focus on compliance and risk management
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA) in Finance or Real Estate
