Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with Commercial Real Estate clients to identify and pursue growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate lending, client management, or related financial services roles
  • Strong understanding of commercial term lending products and real estate market dynamics
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships in the financial sector
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess credit risk and financial statements
  • Series 7 and/or Series 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment in New York, NY
