  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting and risk management, to structure and approve CRE deals

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate lending, client management, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of commercial term lending products and real estate market dynamics
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships in a banking environment
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in commercial real estate financing, including CRE loan underwriting
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and credit analysis
