Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced data visualization dashboards for climate, nature, and social risk metrics using tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Collaborate with Firmwide Risk and Compliance teams to identify key business insights from environmental and social data
• Analyze large datasets to support JP Morgan Chase's sustainability reporting and regulatory compliance efforts
• Create interactive visualizations that communicate complex risk scenarios to senior executives and stakeholders
• Integrate data from diverse sources, including internal JP Morgan systems and external ESG databases
• Contribute to the development of best-in-class visualization standards for the firm's global risk management practices
• Monitor and report on emerging trends in climate and social risks impacting financial portfolios
• Work cross-functionally with data scientists, risk analysts, and sustainability experts to enhance data-driven decision-making
• Ensure visualizations adhere to JP Morgan Chase's data governance and security protocols
• Present findings and recommendations in team meetings and to leadership in Mumbai and global offices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Environmental Science, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in data visualization, analytics, or business intelligence roles within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in developing data visualization solutions for risk management, sustainability, or ESG-related projects
• Strong understanding of climate, nature, and social risk factors in the context of global financial regulations and banking
• Experience with large-scale datasets and extracting actionable insights for senior stakeholders
• Proficiency in data privacy and compliance standards relevant to financial institutions like JP Morgan Chase
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Mumbai, with occasional travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certification in data visualization (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist) or sustainability (e.g., GRI Standards)
• Experience in the banking sector, particularly with risk and compliance teams at a global firm like JP Morgan Chase
• Knowledge of emerging climate risk frameworks such as TCFD or TNFD
• Prior work on social impact or biodiversity data projects in financial services
• Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation in ESG contexts
