Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud infrastructure solutions to support JPMorgan Chase's global financial operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain scalable DevOps pipelines for automated deployments and monitoring
• Drive innovation in cloud technologies, ensuring high availability, security, and cost-efficiency for mission-critical banking applications
• Mentor and guide senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement best practices for infrastructure management
• Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations and internal security policies in all cloud and DevOps initiatives
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust technical architectures for trading, risk management, and client services
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for enhancing reliability and scalability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams in financial services or high-stakes environments
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with certifications like AWS Solutions Architect or equivalent
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Experience with secure coding practices and compliance standards relevant to financial regulations (e.g., SOC 2, PCI-DSS)
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and drive technical innovation in a fast-paced setting
