Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of cloud-native applications to support JP Morgan Chase's financial services platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and client experiences
• Mentor and guide software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
• Implement secure, scalable cloud architectures while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the banking sector

• Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused on cloud technologies
• Proven experience leading agile teams in developing scalable applications for financial services
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with hands-on experience in infrastructure as code
• Experience with secure coding practices and compliance standards relevant to the financial industry (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS)
