Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable Kubernetes-based solutions on AWS to support JP Morgan Chase's corporate technology initiatives
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform to automate provisioning of secure, compliant cloud environments
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery for financial applications
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, and optimization to maintain security and performance standards in line with industry regulations
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters, resolving issues related to networking, storage, and scaling in production
  • Integrate security best practices, including encryption, access controls, and vulnerability scanning, to protect sensitive financial data
  • Contribute to the evolution of cloud architecture strategies, providing technical leadership on emerging technologies
  • Document designs, processes, and configurations to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

  • Strong knowledge of AWS services including EC2, EKS, VPC, and IAM
