Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to define and enhance digital acquisition strategies for co-brand credit cards
  • Analyze user data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improving onboarding conversion rates and user satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps for digital card acquisition and onboarding features within the Partner Card portfolio
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product enhancements and ensure alignment with industry best practices
  • Work with compliance and legal teams to ensure all digital processes adhere to JPMorgan Chase's regulatory standards and partner agreements
  • Support the integration of new technologies, such as AI-driven personalization, into the onboarding experience
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like acquisition costs, drop-off rates, and activation metrics, providing actionable insights
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and prioritize features for the Partner Card digital platform
  • Contribute to the testing and launch of new onboarding capabilities, ensuring seamless user experiences across web and mobile channels

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in product management, analytics, or digital product development within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of digital acquisition and onboarding processes for consumer financial products, such as credit cards
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies to support product optimization
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a large-scale financial institution
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the banking and payments sector, including data privacy and consumer protection laws
