Based in Wilmington, DE, this position focuses on supporting the development and optimization of digital card acquisition and onboarding capabilities, ensuring a seamless and compliant user journey that drives customer acquisition and retention in a competitive financial landscape. In this role, you will partner closely with product, engineering, marketing, and compliance teams to analyze user behavior, refine digital processes, and implement data-driven improvements. Responsibilities include conducting performance analytics on acquisition funnels, identifying friction points in onboarding, and collaborating on feature enhancements that leverage JPMorgan Chase's cutting-edge technology stack.
