Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of digital acquisition strategies for the Partner Card portfolio, optimizing user journeys to increase conversion rates
  • Oversee onboarding processes for co-brand credit cards, ensuring seamless integration with partner platforms and compliance with financial regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and legal to deliver innovative product features
  • Analyze performance metrics such as acquisition costs, activation rates, and customer satisfaction to inform product roadmaps
  • Drive A/B testing and experimentation to enhance digital experiences for card applicants and new customers
  • Partner with external co-brand entities to align on product requirements and launch new initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends in digital payments and fintech to identify opportunities for JP Morgan Chase's card products
  • Ensure all initiatives adhere to JP Morgan Chase's risk management and data privacy standards
  • Present product updates and insights to senior leadership to secure buy-in and resources

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or digital payments
  • Proven track record leading digital acquisition and onboarding initiatives for consumer products
  • Strong understanding of credit card products, partner ecosystems, and regulatory compliance in banking
  • Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive product decisions in a fast-paced environment
